For FGF1800 and FGF800, the installation and training are relatively simple, and we support customers’ online installation. In case customers need us to send an engineer for onsite installation, we can also arrange for it.
For FGF2420 and FGF2435, King’s engineer will be sent to the clients’ company for installation.

Training will be mainly included the machine operation training and slicing software training. For FGF1800 and FGF800, the training can be offered online. For larger machine, the training will be offered on site. For resellers, we will also offer after sales training.
